Payment Info:
• We now accept PayPal in AUD, as well as Visa/MasterCard.
We do not accept money orders / cheques at this time
• You will receive an email to confirm your purchase and
another email confirming shipping.
• We only ship to selected
international territories, which includes North America, most
of Europe and parts of Asia. All shipping addresses are subject
to verification.
• All orders charged in Australian dollars. Your credit
card provider will refer it back to your country of currency.
• Exchange rates the world over differ. Our prices are
a guide only.
• Invoices are sent with merchandise unless we are instructed
otherwise.• If you live in Australia 10% of the total
purchase cost will be added to your total for GST (General
Services Tax)
• The shipping & handling charges will be added automatically
before you complete your order so you can see what they will
be before finalizing it
International orders:
• Please be aware that you may be subject to customs/duty
fees in your country. We always write the correct total of
your purchase on the customs docket.
Return Policy:
• Sizes between items can vary - please check the measurement first. We
measure shirts etc from the bottom of each armpit section across the front chest
of the shirt. Sizings can vary slightly from our manufacturers so the measurement
provided is a guide only.
• Items may be returned within 14 days of shipment
for exchange. Your purchases will not be refunded, but you
can exchange for any other item in the store.
• The pictures posted on our site may vary from the
exact item you receive (unless it's a one-off item collectable).
When we have multiples of the same item, we only post a picture
of one. Pictures should only be used as a guide only.
• If you have any questions please feel free to e-mail
us about them before making your purchase.
FAQ's:
Q: If I purchase a shirt that doesn’t fit, can
I return it?
A: Yes you can. Simply return to PO Box 2113 Fitzroy
3065. Include inside the envelope the Invoice that was sent
to you, and your request. We’ll then send out the new
item to you.
Q: I haven’t received my order yet, Can you
track it?
A: Orders are usually shipped on Mondays and Thursdays,
and take between 1-10 days (sometimes more for overseas),
it depends on where you live. If you are worried about where
your order is we can tell you the date it was shipped and
work out if you should have received it yet. Simply email
shop@thelivingend.com
and where possible include your Order number and the full
name it was purchased under.
Q: I don’t have a credit card or a PayPal account,
can I still order?
A: Only if you are an Australian resident. Contact
shop@thelivingend.com
include in the email the items and quantities you wish to
purchase and we’ll then notify you what to do. Due to
security though, all orders are online or by mail order ONLY.
Q: Can I get my items signed?
A: We wish we could help you all out and get the
boys to sign everything, but unfortunately, there are just
not enough hours in the day!! We did have them come in and
sign a bunch of the posters though, so you can purchase those.
Q: If the size doesn’t appear in the drop down
menu, does that mean it’s no longer available?
A: That’s correct, and we won’t be getting
it back in. Most of the shirts are tour stock that we don’t
get again, so once it’s gone, it’s GONE!
Q: Are the items online available anywhere else?
A: Only at shows at this stage, we’re working
at getting retailers to get our gear out there, so if you
want to see a TLE shirt in your favourite music shop or cool
clothing store, tell them to contact shop@thelivingend.com
Q: Do you have the back catalogue available?
A: All the CDs, DVDs, Vinyl, and cassettes that
we have left are up online. If you are chasing an old single,
or a special pressing, we no longer have any left!! The only
option is hunting through specialty CD stores, or trying your
luck on EBay or the TLE Forum. GOOD LUCK!!!
Q: Can I request something that I think you guys should
sell?
A: Sure, we’re always open to hearing what
you might like to see on the store or for sale at shows. New
Items usually only come up when we’re touring though,
so don’t be disappointed if we can’t get what
you want.
Q: I didn’t put the right address on my order,
what should I do?
A: No problem, just email shop@thelivingend.com
with your correct address and include your order number.
Q: How do I find out how much shipping will cost
for the items I want to buy?
A: When processing your order online, the shipping
costs are calculated as you go. Before confirming your order
you will be told the breakdown of all costs, including shipping.
Please also note:
The currency is in AUD and so is the postage. The
US/UK etc rates are just an approximation.
Also, cards charged in AUD and exchange rate will be whatever
your card says
